Traditional
We offer the standard hardcopy Health and Safety File or Building Manual that most in the industry will be used to. We will work with your project team to develop the highest possible standard manuals in the shortest possible time.
Send us the project specification, technical submittals, commissioning data, purchase orders, drawings, commissioning files or all of the above and we will do the rest.
We will offer an electronic version for approval and deliver the finalised, presentation quality hardcopies anywhere within Europe.
Remember we keep our cost base low and pass the savings on to you.
e-Manual
The Absorb e-Manual is the highest building manual standard available. You can take a look at a sample manual here. We will produce a bespoke e-Manual covering electrical, mechanical, architectural, structural and construction services for your project. Including the latest helath and safety information, local emergency contacts and procedures and recommended work practices within the building.
Traditional Electronic
Traditional Electronic is a traditional O&M in all but paper. It allows you or a third party to print as many copies as required of a traditional O&M for your project.
Simply open it up and press print. This option reduces your costs in O&M development and speeds up delivery. Click here for an example of what a traditional electronic O&M looks like.
This can be provided in addendum to an e-Manual or an e-Manual+ in whole or in part, for those who need to provide multiple formats to their clients.
